Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our boutique at 201 Collins Street, Melbourne.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed and the item has passed our final authentication and condition check. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been sent.

Shipping within Australia

• Standard: free on orders of AUD $200 and above. Delivery in 2–8 business days.
• Express: AUD $35. Delivery in 1–4 business days.

All domestic orders are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. Prices include GST.

International shipping

• Standard International: AUD $100. Delivery in 6–27 business days, depending on the destination.

Rates for some destinations are calculated at checkout. International orders are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Store pickup

You can select free pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Melbourne boutique. Visits are by appointment, and we will contact you to arrange a time.
